The Role - Year 5 Teacher

This is a full-time, Long term, Year 5 Teacher position at a two-form entry primary school in Southwark. You will be responsible for delivering the full KS2 curriculum to a Year 5 class of 28 pupils, supported by an experienced teaching assistant. The ideal Year 5 Teacher will hold QTS and have a good understanding of effective teaching strategies in literacy, numeracy, and topic work. Planning will be shared with the parallel class teacher and you will benefit from access to excellent resources, and professional development.
