SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a welcoming two-form entry school in Haringey to recruit a committed and driven Year 5 Teacher to start in September 2025.

About the Role - Year 5 Teacher

This is a full-time position for a passionate Year 5 Teacher who is ready to take on full class responsibilities. You'll be delivering high-quality teaching to a confident, curious, and engaged group of Year 5 learners. The school provides excellent support and a collaborative environment where teaching staff work closely together to deliver an exciting curriculum.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across all core and foundation subjects
• Tracking and assessing pupil progress in line with national expectations
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
• Working in partnership with a parallel Year 5 Teacher to share resources and ideas
• Supporting pupils' academic, emotional, and social development

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and confident Year 5 Teacher who enjoys being part of a team and is passionate about KS2 learning.

The Ideal Year 5 Teacher Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2 (ideally Year 5)
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Excellent behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
• A reflective approach to teaching and a genuine enthusiasm for learning
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
