Youth & Community Worker

Liverpool City Council seeks an enthusiastic Youth & Community Worker to join our Targeted Support Team.

Location: Edge Hill CFC, Liverpool, L7 1PH
Team: Targeted Support Team
Contract: 3 months+ (likely to be extended)
Hours: 37 per week
Rate: £18.10 per hour (umbrella)

Role Overview:

• Manage a caseload, providing tailored one-to-one support for young people.

• Build positive relationships with young people, families, and professionals.

• Work creatively to address diverse needs with a 'Child First' approach.

• Advocate for young people in professional meetings.

Requirements:

• Experience working directly with young people.

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable approach.
