Youth Justice Social Worker, Gloucestershire 
Pay rate £35 per hour 
Contract role, Youth Justice Team 

Pertemps are recruiting for experienced Youth Justice Social Worker in Gloucestershire 
Ideally you will have: 

• At least 2 years practice experience of working with vulnerable children and young people, preferably within a youth justice setting. 

• Knowledge and understanding of the youth justice system, and the complex issues that affect children and young people within the youth justice system. 

• Recent experience of managing a caseload of children and young people- undertaking assessments of risk and need, developing plans, and delivering interventions that effect positive change and manage risk. 

• Knowledge and experience of managing out of court disposals and statutory court orders. 

• Excellent skills in the preparation and delivery of verbal and written reports, preferably with experience of working in Court.  

This is a qualified Social Work role, and you will also need to hold a full driving licence and willingness to drive as part of the role.
