A Local Authority based in the South East is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join their Youth Support team which works with service users between the ages of 11 - 17

• Team work collectively towards building relationships with young people whose experiences include family disruption, homelessness, exploitation, mental health, and non-school attendance.

• The service operate a Hybrid working pattern which enables working from home, and this isn't expected to change anytime soon.
• The service use the Connected Practice model which is relationship based and emphasises developing relationships with service users families but also colleagues and external partners in order to ensure information is shared effectively to provide a holistic approach to the work.
