gagement Worker – Youth
Location: Doncaster (travel required across the city)
Pay: £15.81 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM, with optional school programmes during the week.
Role Overview: You will support and lead youth sessions aimed at personal and social development for children and young people. The role involves building positive relationships, promoting participation, providing guidance, and connecting young people to services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support youth activities (mainly evenings, possible weekends)
• Build relationships with young people and encourage their involvement in decision-making
• Plan, evaluate, and document sessions (registers, risk assessments, publicity)
• Collaborate with local groups and secure venues after use

Ideal candidate will have:

• Must have british driving lisence and access to vehicle
• Level 3 qualification in a related field
• Aware of child protection and safeguarding procedures
• Ability to build relationships with children and young people
• Able to work well as part of a team and a willingness to develop your understanding of the effectiveness of team working
• Experience in delivering session to children with special education needs and disabilities
