This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. The role involves providing essential support to both teachers and students, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
• Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
• Assist with the planning and preparation of learning materials.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patience, empathy, and resilience when working with challenging situations.
• A relevant degree or experience working within an educational setting (graduates welcome).
• Experience working with children with SEND is advantageous but not essential.
