Up to £45,000 + Car allowance + Bonus

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be recruiting an Account Manager to join our client, a market-leading business specialising in developing and integrating digital transformation solutions for Energy, Nuclear and Industrial manufacturing sectors.

Role & Responsibilities:

The role of Account Manager will provide the primary interface between identified clients and the business, responsible for the managing the key relationships and generating account growth, working closely with the internal sales and proposal team functions.

  • Acknowledge the competitive landscape and market trends (Oil & Gas / Energy), keeping abreast of impactful changes and/or industry drivers.
  • Implement and be accountable where applicable for strategies, tactics, and plans for revenue growth of existing clients.
  • Cross-Selling of company’s services and or products to key accounts.
  • Build and maintain long lasting mutually beneficial customer relationships.
  • Own, deliver, and exceed annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate sales activities with the other departments (existing sales, proposals, marketing, and operations as necessary).
  • Understand our customers objectives at individual, departmental and corporate levels and adapt our solutions / products to suit within the capability of our offerings

Skills & Experience:

  • Experienced in working across the UK heavy industries (Oil, Gas, Power, Energy etc)
  • Experience working within control systems engineering / IT technology background
  • Demonstrable experience in strategic planning and business development within existing accounts.
  • Sales / Technology background and mindset with a broad experience of technology, products and platforms.
  • Independent with the ability to articulate the value/benefit of our offerings to key client stakeholders
  • Previous experience as Internal Sales / Business Development Engineer or similar
  • Degree level educated in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent Apprenticeship and supporting vocational higher education qualification.
