We are partnering with a groundbreaking and transformative training organisation to hire an Account Manager/Business Developer to support their growth and success. The company have an incredible culture, a unique business model and amazingly supportive talented and creative leadership!
You will be joining as part of a small account management team to help them develop and grow their business. This is a true relationship-based role, with absolutely no cold calling. Instead, we are looking for a natural relationship builder with a strong understanding of business and the ability to quickly assimilate client company culture and needs and present them with opportunities to flourish. You will be confident presenting with warmth and authenticity and be an exceptional listener and researcher who can read people, websites and company culture to help understand needs. Your duties will include• Pick up and run with incoming enquiries through to pitch, sale and post delivery care and support
• Actively manage lead development
• Meet with client companies to understand their potential needs and deliver solutions
• Nurture and rebuild relationships with historical client companies
• Work closely with trainers, leadership and all stakeholders to understand the offering and provide a joined up approach
• Develop relationships new and existing to enhance and grow the account to the mutual benefit of all partiesYou will be an intelligent, warm, fearless but non ‘salesy’ account manager with a wealth of experience in business development, account management and relationship nurturing. In an ideal world you would have a knowledge of training or L&D but full training can be given to an account manager who has a track record of delivering growth, enhancing relationships and adding value!
This is a hybrid role so you don’t necessarily need to be based in London, but visits to London will be required, many client meetings take place over zoom to help you maximise your time and full training, onboarding and ongoing coaching and mentoring will be offered to help you excel in this incredibly exciting new role!
