Accountant / Management Accountant

Management Accountant: Hybrid role Are you an experienced Management Accountant who would like to work in the heart of the stunning Snowdonia National Park? Our client, a world-renowned outdoors adventure centre is recruiting for an experienced Management Accountant to work alongside the Financial Director in this unique setting. Working closely with the Finance Director, the core requirements of this role are maintaining accurate accounting records and producing timely financial performance reporting. ü Maintain accurate accounting records, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly. ü Produce monthly management accounts including commentary and variance analysis within reporting deadlines. ü Develop additional financial performance reporting. ü Ensure all balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly. ü Maintain fixed asset register. ü Assist with documenting accounting policies and procedures. ü Qualified accountant with a strong commercial acumen. ü Proven accounting technical and analytical ability. ü Excellent working knowledge of accounting systems: XERO would be an advantage. ü Advanced level user of MS Excel with the ability to effectively manipulate large volumes of data. ü Proven experience around Change, Quality and Analysis
