Accountant Supervisor

We have an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our clients Finance Team in Wokingham. Our client is a custom technology solutions Company that strive and deliver to meet their customer's specific requirements. As Accounts Payable Supervisor you will be responsible for: Day to day line-management of a team of 3, including compliance to mandatory and statutory training and capability management. Taking accountability of the weekly payment run processes by CHAPS and BACS, with cheque payments made where necessary. Manage the monthly financial close-down processes, ensuring the AP ledger reconciles with the General Ledger. Resolution of supplier queries and reconciling to the general ledger. As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will receive a salary of up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience plus: Annual bonus Pension Life Insurance To be successful for the role of Accounts Payable Supervisor, you must have / be: Able to influence to help make key decisions An understanding of double-entry book-keeping, accounts payable, including invoice processing Accounts Receivable and Credit Analysis experience Confident user of MS Office with advanced Excel skills Innovation, nurturing, and integrity are among their core values that guide everything they do as a Company.
