The client is a property construction with operations across England. They currently have thousands of projects in various stages of development, all of high values with plans to add many more.

Job Description

The successful Accounts Payable will be responsible for:

• Bank reconciliations
• Adding new suppliers to the accounting system
• Dealing with supplier's queries by phone and email
• Balancing all supplier statements and investigate differences
• Collaborating for reconciliation
• Ad-hoc duties as required

The Successful Applicant

The successful Accounts Payable will have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Accounts Payable
• Practical experience with Xero (Essential)
• Proficiency in using MS Office suite (Excel, Word)
• Quick learner, team player, positive attitude
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
