Location:Belfast City Centre/ Hybrid

Salary:Up to £37,000 plus bonus

The Role:
As the Accounts Payable Team Lead, you will be at the forefront of managing our accounts payable functions. Your expertise will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our payment processes and maintain the financial health of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the accounts payable team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Oversee the processing of invoices and payments with precision and timeliness.
• Manage monthly closing of financial records and posting of month-end information.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Handle vendor communications and resolve any discrepancies in billing.

Requirements:

• Extensive Accounts Payable experience
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• At least 1 year's previous experience leading a team
• Experience in standardising and process improvement
