Assistant Accountant

About Our Client

My client are a global business with a property management arm that extends across Europe. Their portfolio encompasses everything from individual residences to shopping centres. After recent growth they're looking to add an Assistant Accountant to their established team. This role is based 5 days a week from their office in Central London with opportunity in the future to move to 1 day from home, 4 in the office.

Job Description

The Assistant Accountant will be responsible for the following:

• Processing of invoices and resolving queries
• Manage monthly Payrolls and Payroll related tasks
• Manage company expenses
• Month-end management reporting
• Working across multiple accounts
• Final Account preparation up to trial balance
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Participate in budgeting and financial planning processes.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Accountant should have:

• ACCA/CIMA Part-qualified
• Proven experience in a similar role within Practice or Property related business
• Proficiency in using Xero, Quickbooks (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
