What you'll do

• Full cycle Accounts Receivable: customer account setup, billing, collections, and revenue reporting.
• Generate, reconcile, and send accurate invoices.
• Daily cash application and reconciliation between bank and NetSuite.
• Verify signed contracts by reconciling with Salesforce for accurate ARR.
• Collaborate with customers and the sales team for accurate account and invoicing setup.
• Manage the Billing inbox and respond to customer inquiries.
• Oversee accounts receivable aging for account managers.
• Identify and implement process improvements in billing operations.
• Assist with the annual audit and various ad-hoc projects.

About you

• Minimum of 1 years experience in accounting or billing revenue
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• You will possess strong systems / IT skills, (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s)
• Proven record of meeting tight deadlines
