Management Accountant Job Type: Full-time I am currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join a finance team. This pivotal role involves providing key financial information to support decision-making within the organisation, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company. Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss reports, budgets, cash flows, variance analysis, and commentaries. Offer professional judgement on financial matters and advise on ways of improving business performance. Interpret and communicate financial data to non-financial managers. Implement financial controls and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. Analyse financial performance and contribute to medium and long-term business planning and forecasts. Part qualified (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent). Proven experience in a management accounting role. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Competitive salary and benefits package.
