Management Accountant Accountant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Management Accountant with strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organising financial data to support decision-making processes. This position is term-time only + 2 weeks. Our client is a well-established educational entity in the not-for-profit sector, managing a network of schools in Solihull. They are committed to providing high-quality education for their students, employing over 500 dedicated staff members across their multiple locations. Preparing monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements Providing financial advice to non-finance staff across the organisation Ensuring financial compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Analysing financial performance and making longer-term forecasts Participating in internal and external audits Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures A successful Management Accountant should have: Actively studying towards qualification (ACCA, CIMA or similar) or QBE Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance colleagues A competitive salary in the range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (FTE)
