Robert Half Talent Solutions are seeking a Management Accountant to join a flourishing Cardiff based business.

The Management Accountant is a hybrid role with both business partnering and reporting responsibilities.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial control and reporting processes.

Timely production of accurate monthly management accounts.

Business partnering and commercial support to Regional Managing Directors where necessary.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of weekly and monthly financial reporting, including management accounts and supporting information

Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations

Posting of month end journals

Providing information for weekly trading/KPI reports

Ensuring bank accounts and receipts for card bookings are regularly reconciled

Preparing monthly cash flow forecasts

Supporting operational teams in budget/forecast preparation and understanding performance against budgets

Preparation of VAT returns

Provision of information to auditors
