Sales Account Manager £25,000 Base Salary £Variable Bonus Year 1 Burnley Permanent This role would be ideal for a sales focused individual who is looking to develop their sales career. Ideally coming from a fast-paced and energetic sales office would suit the pace here as there is scope to develop responsibilities and earn money. The position can evolve into a heavier new business focus and turn packages can be discussed on tenure and experience in the future. The role also needs accuracy of data entry, excellent organisational skills, an outgoing manner and someone with a hard-working team ethic. Key Duties of the Sales Account Manager: Managing existing high-yield accounts to maximise services offered and revenue Looking to develop relationships via multiple channels with a focus on new business conversion Outbound telephone work to prospect from sales databases, campaigns or enquiries Dealing with all incoming customer enquiries via phone, email and the website Helping customers with product information Processing and following up customer quotations Putting new jobs and project details onto MS Excel Liaising with on-site teams The Successful Candidate Previous Sales and Account Management experience is essential Outgoing and charismatic approach to Customer Service and Business Relationships Excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy Good working knowledge of MS Office packages, MS Excel Pro-active and organised Hours are Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.
