Our client is a leading company in the waste management industry, currently seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. Develop and grow a portfolio of major accounts to achieve revenue and profit targets. Identify and improve low net earning accounts to enhance profitability. Serve as the primary contact for clients, managing retention, growth, contract compliance, and pricing negotiations. Collaborate with Customer Services to ensure seamless communication and resolution of administrative tasks. Conduct site audits for both major and SME accounts. Ensure timely and successful delivery of services by coordinating with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer support). Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the waste management sector. Proven track record in managing customer accounts effectively. Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
