Our client, a leading omni-channel solutions provider, is looking for an Account Manager to manage an exciting brand client! As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the translation of client objectives into workable and specific briefs and are accountable for the quality, timings, brand projection and margin generated for those projects. Accountable for the quality, timings, brand projection and margin generated both on the work areas they handle and as part of the accounts team as a whole Deliver defined projects, goods and services and liaise with designated stakeholders within a particular account or area of operation Ensure projects are in compliance with contractual SLA’s Aid the Account Director in service delivery, improving margin and revenue and driving cost savings A positive, proactive can-do attitude, with the ability to work alone or as part of a team Time management and ability to prioritise tasks to ensure customer and business needs are met Experience of POS/DM/Digital Print Experience of using MS Office, Outlook and MI systems All qualified applicants will receive consideration regardless of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation or marital status.
