The practice has undergone sustained positive growth and development over the last couple of years and is now planning for the future development of the firm and team. They act for a very wide-ranging client base across varied industries including sole traders, partnerships, LTD company SMEs and OMBs, larger corporate clients and other clients across wide ranging sectors and sizes. The Directors are looking for newly qualified level professionals to join them and there is genuine opportunity to carve a long term, pivotal position within this expanding firm and become an integral part of the firms future success and development with the associated progression on offer.

What you'll do
Planning and managing the effective, professional, and efficient delegation, flow-through, and completion of Accounts work for clients, including, sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies of various sizes.
Reviewing new business structures, incorporations, recruitment advice, and succession planning.
Assisting in setting up new businesses, discussing suitable business structures, HMRC compliance, and providing advice on record-keeping.
Maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of Accounts and Financial Reporting and related matters.
Managing and supporting a team of staff to achieve their goals and objectives, ensuring they are developing their skills and capabilities.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contacts, and colleagues.
Collaborating closely with the accounts and audit team to ensure work is handled efficiently and effectively from start to finish, in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures.
Building relationships with client staff and acting as an ambassador for the firm. About You:

• Newly qualified accountant.
• Experience in leading accounts teams is advantageous.
• Practical experience of using software systems in the preparation of accounts files, financial statements, and working papers.
• Strong technical knowledge of FRS102.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively impact and influence others.
• A proactive and organised approach to your work.
• A natural leader with a commitment to continuous professional learning.
