Job Description - Paid Social Account Manager

Paid Social Account Manager role available to own and shape the client accounts on your patch. Great team to join with loads of scope for development and growth.

The Paid SocialAccount Manager is responsible for managing the execution of paid social and display campaigns across several key clients. This will include management of the planning, implementation, invoicing and reporting cycle to ensure that all work is delivered on time, to brief, and on budget to the highest standard possible meeting each client’s objectives.

  • Act as a key day to day contact for clients, building strong relationships in order to understand how to provide solutions to their objectives and challenges.
  • Clearly communicate with internal teams, including direct line management of a Senior Account Exec, to enable an accurate and efficient process from brief to activation and post-campaign analysis
  • Hands-on campaign management across major Social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and Pinterest with a clear testing approach and actionable analyses to drive results for clients.
  • Support DD in the development of a clear roadmap to drive client engagement and growth plans aligned to client priorities.
  • Be involved with the management of regular client status meetings to define the digital media strategy and channel testing/ development
  • Establish media owner relationships to understand the changing media marketplace dynamics and opportunities

The Digital Account Manager will be expected to demonstrate the following core competencies across 3 key operational areas:

1. Clients

You will be the key day to day contact for digital planning and activation across a group of clients that span the Insurance, Wealth Management and Luxury Travel sectors and be accountable for all deliverables. Being able to define and articulate digital media strategy for your clients is essential.

2. Business and Budgets

A central part of the role will be ensuring a timely and accurate finance process, overseeing this process for all of your clients. As part of the role you will also be expected to contribute to new business pitches as relevant.

3. Team

You will have responsibility for directly managing a Senior Account Executive, reporting into the Digital Director. You will be part of the wider Digital department which also includes PPC, SEO, Programmatic and Ad Ops teams.

ABOUT YOU

You will ideally have experience across digital media planning and activation, including objective setting, audience planning, test and learn laydowns, strategy development and channel planning.

ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • A fewyears digital experience in a client facing role with a proven track record of developing client relationships.
  • Has managed a team, delegating and communicating effectively to achieve the client account goals, as well as actively participating in the progress of team members.
  • Strong knowledge of paid social channels as well as an understanding of online display how they each play a role in customer journeys as part of a wider media mix.
  • An enthusiastic and collaborative mentality; passionate about working with other disciplines to produce the best outcomes for clients.
  • Well organized, numerical and high attention to detail, all whilst working to strict deadlines.
  • Have some understanding of Ad Tech across adserving, analytics and the programmatic landscape.
  • Show some knowledge of paid search and SEO and how they relate to paid social and online display as part of the digital media ecosystem.
  • Thrive in an autonomous working style with the ability to take initiative and innovate.

For this role, there will be two stages in the interview process:

  • The first stage will be an interview (Teams or in-person) with the Digital Director and Head of Digital Strategy. It will focus on your competencies and career achievements to date applying how this experience is relevant to the role.
  • The second stage will be in person in our Covent Garden office with the Digital Director, Head of Digital Strategy and Chief Investment Officer offering an opportunity to address additional questions as well as a section for you to present some of your work that you are proudest of.
