Job Description

The key responsibilities of a Project Accountant will include:

• Provide accurate and timely financial information for project portfolios.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  
• Support the finance team with month-end close activities.
  
• Conduct regular financial reviews and analysis.
  
• Assist with internal and external audits.
  
• Continuously improve accounting processes and procedures.
  
• Liaise with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations
  

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Accountant should have:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  
• Working towards a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent).
  
• Experience managing month end accounts.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
