Job Description - Accounts Assistant/Accounting Assistant

As an Accounts Assistant in our Property Management and Accounts department, you will be allocated a portfolio of properties for which you will have responsibility of all accounting transactions. You will also log and import invoices onto Foxtons’ in-house database, pass them on for approval by the Property Managers, and post any invoices for payment. Our team of Accounts Assistants also liaise with third-party suppliers regarding any invoice or payment queries they have. This role is based in our Worcester office towards the outskirts of the city with excellent transport links from numerous locations. Free onsite parking is provided. Our Property Management and Accounts department manages circa 27,000 tenancies so you must enjoy working in a lively and fast-paced environment in a highly service-driven industry. We require you to have a strong mathematical aptitude, familiarity with Excel and accounting databases, exceptional attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
