Accounts Payable - Work from home

Job Description:

St. Jude Medical is currently seeking a highly reliable and driven Accounts Payable professional to join our team as a remote employee based in London, England. As an Associate Level Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, processing invoices, and ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness - Process invoices in a timely manner while adhering to company policies and procedures - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions - Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues and discrepancies - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Provide analysis and reporting on accounts payable data as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in accounts payable or related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a remote setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
