Accounts Receivable - Work from home

Job Description:

Oneok is seeking a reliable and dedicated Accounts Receivable professional to join our team in a work-from-home position based in London, England, UK. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, posting, and recording accounts receivable data - Prepare invoices and statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness - Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with customers to secure payment - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and collection processes are in place - Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable activities - Provide reports to management on accounts receivable status and aging

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field - Reliable and dedicated work ethic - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Innovation and adaptability in problem-solving and process improvement
