Contract hours Working on the Central Hire Desk, based in our Glasgow Head Office, the GAP One Account Administrator ensures that all business between selected Major Account customers and GAP Group are carried out in an efficient and effective manner. You will operate and maintain spreadsheets, manage telephone enquiries from customers and GAP employees, obtain detailed information from customers and produce weekly reports. Significant experience working within a high-volume, fast-paced accounts administration role, preferably within the Hire industry

• Strong attention to detail with experience of analysing data and producing high quality reports
• Proficient in MS Office packages, specifically Excel and Word
