Administration Officer Glasgow £24,586
- £25,880 per year
40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 17:00pm We are currently recruiting an Administration Officer to join our Planned Works team based in Glasgow. In this varied and challenging role, you will form part of a team of 8 and be assigned primarily to provide an efficient and comprehensive support and administrative service to the regional teams within Sanctuary Property Services. The role of Administration Officer will include: - Deliver, improve, and maintain effective and efficient administrative systems
- Supporting maintenance staff whilst ensuring a high-quality service is provided to customers
- Maintaining effective electronic/ paper filing systems, administration and purchase order processing
- Identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately, including investigating and responding to complaints
- Supporting with HR meetings, contractor framework meetings and recruitment of new staff Skills and experiences: - Previous experience undertaking a similar role
- Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads, both for self and others
- Ability to work independently and use own initiative as well as part of a team
- Good interpersonal and customer care skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel About us
