Job Description - Administration Support

• £25,000 to £30,000 full time equivalent salary depending on experience
• Circa 20 hours per week
• 6-month temporary contract with possibility of permanent contract
• Office based role
• Comprehensive on-going training

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Surrey Agency. As a local agency of NFU Mutual we deliver a first-class service, and sell their product range across our region, to customers old and new, who are at the core of everything we do. About the role:

• General administrative support
• Appointment booking
• Completing meeting reports from notes provided
• Compile management information
• Filing
• Post handling
• Supporting with mailings and campaigns
• Stationary & supplies ordering
• Taking client payments and chasing outstanding payments About you:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to build rapport and trust with colleagues
• Confidence using computers (training provided
• A positive and proactive attitude

• Salary scale from £25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
