Job Description - Administrative Assistant

HR Administrator - travel – up to £29k + benefits, hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Fantastic opportunity for a pro-active Administrator to join a thriving organisation (6 month contract), specialising in the travel sector. Our client is an innovative and forward-thinking organisation offering excellent benefits and a very friendly, sociable company culture. Benefits include 28 days holiday (+ Bank Holidays), bonus, private medical insurance, hybrid working (minimum of 2 days per week in their stunning central London office). This is a 6 month contract.

This HR Administration role need an immediate starter to support on administrative and often confidential tasks – data extraction, general support to HR, renaming files / folders, and other digital related tasks such as uploading files. As HR Administrator you should have experience using Microsoft outlook, SharePoint, and be able to navigate digital platforms.

What do I need?

  • Experience in an Administrator role, HR experience a bonus
  • Able to start immediately
  • Friendly, positive outlook with a can-do approach
  • Ability to work professionally and discreetly
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills
