Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Remote Work

Job Description:


Facebook is seeking a dedicated and resilient individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator who will work remotely from London, England. As an entry-level position, this role will provide an excellent opportunity for growth and development within our organization.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for the team. 2. Manage and maintain electronic and physical filing systems. 3. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email, phone, and video conferencing. 4. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. 5. Assist in the organization of travel arrangements and accommodations for team members. 6. Monitor and track team expenses and assist with budget management. 7. Provide administrative support to the team as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 2. 1 year of experience in an administrative role preferred. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. 7. Persuasion skills to effectively communicate and influence decision-making. 8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 9. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
