Description As an Administrator your responsibilities will include: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team Handle and organise company documents and records Manage communication within the team and with external stakeholders Organise meetings, appointments, and team schedules Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations Maintain office supplies and manage inventory Adhere to company policies and regulations Contribute to team efforts and organisational goals Profile A successful 'Administrator' should have: A solid understanding of office administration Excellent organisational and time management skills Proficiency in MS Office and office management software Job Offer An estimated hourly salary range of £12 - £13.50 per hour A supportive team environment within the property sector Initial Temp contract of 1 month
