Job Description - Administrator

As an Administrator, you'll be the backbone of the team, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing top-tier administrative support. This role offers an exciting blend of responsibilities, from managing office activities to directly supporting business coaches in delivering an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities: * Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including organising files, managing supplies, and maintaining a tidy, efficient workspace.
* Administrative Support: Handle incoming/outgoing post, calls, emails, and manage appointments and calendars for team members.
* Client Relations: Prepare client files, confirm appointments, and ensure a seamless client experience during coaching sessions.
* Event Coordination: Organise and manage events, from booking venues to liaising with attendees and promoting events via social media.
* Finance Administration: Ensure clients are invoiced correctly and payments are received on time.
* System Management: Maintain and update our CRM system, driving automation and efficiency.
* Project Support: Assist with various projects, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time. * Flexible Working Hours: While your primary hours will be 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, occasional evening or weekend work may be required with advance notice.
