We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our manufacturing client in Lymington. Our client pride themselves on solving demanding market challenges, the Administrator will be joining an established independent team and will be a key member to the smooth operations of the business. The team are defined by their drive for customer focus, developing and manufacturing products and supporting customers and distributors across the world. - Holiday buy or sell scheme The duties of the successful Administrator will include: - Answering the telephone and dealing with general customer enquiries
- Providing customer quotations invoices
- Pack and wrap products for dispatch
- File relevant documentation
- Managing, distributing and storing all associated documentation
- Answering customer and internal telephone calls Requirements to be considered for this Administrator Role: - Organised and self-motivated
- Excellent numeric, written, analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Collaborative and can communicate effectively at all levels
- UK Driving license
