Administrator

Exciting Opportunity! With ongoing expansion and an increased workload, my client is looking to add an experienced Administrator into the team.

This role operates on a hybrid schedule, working in-office one day a week and remotely for the remainder. The role involves supporting the Services Manager in delivering exceptional customer service to various companies across the UK.

Location: Cwmbran

Salary: £24,375 per annum

Main duties as an Administrator

• General administration duties
• Order processing
• Invoicing completed work
• Updating and maintain the Rental asset register (Excel)
• Updating and maintain the Installation stock register (Excel)
• Providing updated project trackers for end customers
• Checking of the internal portal for planned site Engineer visits
• Carry out a monthly stock take for all equipment with Installation Engineers.

Knowledge and Experience

• Must be methodical
• Able to prioritise their workload
• Able to stay focused in a busy environment
• Professional telephone manner
• The successful candidate will be IT literate, numerate and will want to be part of a team
• Experience with invoicing is required
• Experience of using Word, Excel, Outlook and databases is essential.
