Location is 5 minutes away from: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9 Benefits: 

  • Salary 24-26k depending on experience

About the Role:

We are on the lookout for a proactive and dynamic administrator to become an integral part of my client's dedicated team. If you thrive on accuracy, attention to detail, and possess stellar planning and organization skills, we want you! Your role will involve not only handling key administration functions within our training department and industry network but also being a confident liaison with clients and their customers at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute crucial administration functions using our specialised training software.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, promptly addressing queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with and support our trainers in their day-to-day activities.
  • Contribute to general administration duties, including course preparation, producing attendance sheets, and classroom setup.
  • Generate insightful reports for various departments.

  • Planning and Organizing: Exhibit strong organizational skills to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.

  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Systems: Showcase at least an intermediate level of competence.
  • Excellent Time Management: Juggle multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Desirable to have administration experience.
