Responsible for the overall design and implementation of the database systems for the System, including technical database support on data analysis and modelling, database definitions and design, database performance tuning and monitoring and provision of advice to the development team.

• Participate and take the lead in design workshops and discussions with the customer during the Implementation Period to explain the design, analyse, propose options, etc. to facilitate the overall implementation .
• Support the Implementation Team members to plan and carry out the database design, system configuration, System Acceptance Tests, system rollout, etc., Possess hands-on experience in the design and administration of database management.

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science with at least 8 years of IT experience that covers one or more of the following areas ('relevant IT experience')

• Definition and design of database architecture;
• Planning of database design; Performing data modelling, data dictionary maintenance, database construction and tuning.
• At least 4 years experience in the design and administration of different brand of database(s). Good command of English and Chinese writing, and presentation skills

Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or equivalent Certification for MSSQL or MySQL *
