Weeks Construction are on the lookout for a dynamic ‘Administrator and Digital Content Creator'. If organisation, making sure everything runs smoothly, and attention to detail are your strong points, then you might just be the one we're looking for!
You'll be at the heart of our growing team, where you'll be the mastermind behind creating content for our social media platforms, scheduling jobs on our maintenance software, coordinating with our subcontractors and suppliers, managing purchase orders, assisting our office manager with various tasks, being the friendly face for customer enquiries, and keeping our records up to date.
Admin Duties include but not limited to:
- Utilize maintenance software to efficiently schedule maintenance jobs for engineers based on priority, location, and availability.
- Coordinate with engineers to ensure timely completion of scheduled jobs and address any scheduling conflicts.
- Create purchase orders for subcontractors and suppliers as needed for upcoming projects.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Assist the office manager with various administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, organising meetings, and managing office supplies.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the office.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding their maintenance jobs, addressing enquiries, and providing updates on job status.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule appointments and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
Digital Content Duties include but not limited to:
- Capture authentic and compelling content, including photos and video, from our sites and ongoing projects, showcasing our work in action.
- Utilize Canva or a similar design platform to craft engaging posts that reflect our brand identity and resonate with our audience.
- Schedule and publish content on Facebook & Instagram.
- Develop and maintain a presence on LinkedIn by creating original content, sharing industry insights, and promoting company updates to enhance our professional brand.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement, responding promptly and fostering positive interactions with our audience.
Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 4pm with one hour lunch break.
