Job Description - Administrator (Finance) Administrator (Finance)

We are currently recruiting for a FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR for our growing client in Ballymena area to join their busy accounts team. Hours: Mon- Thur 8.15am-5pm & Frid 8am-1pm Permanent - £23-24K Key Tasks; Complete customer credit check in line with the Company policy. * Allocate customer receipts daily. * Review expenses submitted to ensure compliance with policy. * Assist with credit card payments. * Assist with bank reconciliations as and when required. * Answer all incoming external calls. * Any other ad hoc administrative duties. General; Undertake all duties in line with General Data Protection and maintain utmost level of confidentiality. * Ensure work is completed to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. * Ensure that you treat those with whom they come into contact in a courteous and respectful manner in accordance with the Dignity at Work Procedure. * You are required to adhere to and promote the Equal Opportunities Policy throughout the course of your employment. * You must maintain high standards of personal accountability. * You must follow the training received when using any work items provided to you. * You must co-operate with others on health and safety and not interfere with, or misuse, anything provided for their health, safety, or welfare. * You must take care of your own health and safety and that of people who may be affected by what you do (or do not do). Essential Criteria; 5 GCSE's Grade C or above including Maths and English or equivalent. Demonstrate 6 months experience in a busy finance office. Demonstrate experience of all Microsoft packages including Excel skills. Ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a team. Strong communication skills. Good attention to detail. Good telephone manner. Flexible and adaptable. Willing to work overtime as required. Desirable; 6 months finance experience in a manufacturing environment. Use of an integrated Accountancy system.
