This Administrator role in Dundee is full-time, Monday - Friday 37hrs a week, core hours!8am - 4.30pm We are looking for someone with excellent administrative skills and willingness to learn. Here's what you'll be involved with day-to-day: * Work scheduling of routine and non-routine maintenance activities
* Administration and updating records within internal systems
* Management reporting for Maintenance Management team
* Administration of external contracts
* Providing general support and assistance to operational colleagues

Please note you must have excellent Excel skills to be successful, ideally you will have knowledge of creating pivot tables, Vlookup and Hlookup
