Job Description - Administrator - Hiring Fast

We are on the lookout for an expert Administrator to join our high calibre team at Prestige Recruitment Group in Knutsford, Cheshire.

Working for a company situated in beautiful countryside, my client is looking for someone who is personable, down to earth, confident, and someone who can work on their own initiative. The role of the Administrator will be to deal with all customers via telephone, email, and web chat, assisting with new hire equipment. You will take details of the particular order, produce a quote and/or costings, and deal with the order from the beginning to pick up/delivery. All issues will need to resolve during this time and you will also need to have excellent attention to detail. 

The company offers excellent benefits, the role is working Monday-Friday with flexible working hours either starting at 8am or 8:30am, free private parking, 28 holidays, life insurance, a generous profit-sharing scheme, wellness programs, company events, and additional holiday leave. The company is a very positive, and outgoing team, they are looking for someone who shares the same ethics and someone who can fit into the team comfortably. 

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with calls and emails from customers who are looking for a quotation on equipment
  • Produce costings and quotations for the customers recording them on the system and Excel
  • Provide support for the administration process, sending out confirmation emails and letters
  • Updating trackers and Excel spreadsheets with updates and progress reports
  • Managing insurance renewals for all equipment, keeping on top of insurance trackers
  • Dealing with any web chat inquiries, product training will be offered

Requirements:

  • Confident IT user, Microsoft Office using Excel and examples of CRM system experience
  • Previous experience within an administration role, good planning and coordination skills
  • Great communications skills both verbal and written and excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to deal with own workload, prioritise and use initiative when required. 

Looking to take on someone quickly but will wait for the right person. Must be local to the Knutsford area and can drive due to location!
