Working for a company situated in beautiful countryside, my client is looking for someone who is personable, down to earth, confident, and someone who can work on their own initiative. The role of the Administrator will be to deal with all customers via telephone, email, and web chat, assisting with new hire equipment. You will take details of the particular order, produce a quote and/or costings, and deal with the order from the beginning to pick up/delivery. All issues will need to resolve during this time and you will also need to have excellent attention to detail.
