Oversee a team of admin staff by ensuring all processes such as absence, lateness, adherence, Personal Development and setting of objectives are followed in line with Equans processes and procedures. Demonstrate a clear and focussed approach by maintaining Customer Service and improving Customer Relationships. Have a strong focus on managing financial issues to maximise profitability from reactive and scheduled extra works. Take reasonable care for the health and safety of him/herself and others who may be affected by their acts and omissions and to co-operate with his/her employer so far as is necessary to enable them to carry out their statutory duty.
