Your Company: The team at NET Recruit are delighted to be partnering with a leading national business in their search for a Pensions Administrator, to join their growing team working out of the Sheffield area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and already well established business, that is not only one of the most successful within the sector in which it operates, but has also become a household name across the country. Resolving member queries regarding pensions Calculating pension benefits and processing these based on the members' entitlements Contributing to the delivery of major pension scheme events For this position, the company searching for applicants with a good pensions background including either DB or DC pension schemes and a good understanding of Career Average schemes in the public sector. Applicants should also either already possess a pensions qualification (which would be highly desirable) or be willing to work towards one, with the support of the company. Excellent data skills and analytical abilities will be key to success within this role, alongside fantastic communication skills. As the successful candidate, you will be rewarded with a fantastic remuneration package, including a base salary of up to £33,000 depending on previous experience and this will accompany a highly competitive holiday allowance which will rise with years of service, the option for private healthcare and a plethora of additional rewards, incentives and benefits. This role can also be worked in a hybrid capacity, with 3 days in the office and the rest from home, promoting an excellent balance between your family and work. Training needs will be covered and are no problem for this company to provide, ensuring that your technical knowledge and skills are kept current and competitive.
