To support the efficient running of the admin office, prioritising urgent patient appointments To Support the organisation and delegation of office activities To communicate face to face, by telephone with patients, podiatry staff, other professionals and members of the public in a professional, courteous and friendly manner To undertake administrative duties within the office e.g. booking appointments, filing, uploading information, patient discharges, liaise with patients/staff regarding cancellations, rebooking appointments To ensue referrals received by the service are correctly processed To ensure amendments/changes to patient details are updated and as required passed to relevant departments, managers, staff etc.
