The role will see you supporting 3 very busy Property Managers. The Property Management Administrator will answer calls, deal with 3rd party contractors both face to face and over the phone, provide general admin support and log keys in and out. Full training will be given, but you must be able to follow processes and procedures. Have good IT skills including MS Office inc Outlook, Word and basic Excel - you must be able to mail merge in Word Have a superb telephone manner Provide administrative support to Property Management team. Day to day enquiries by telephone and in person Greeting tenants and contractors General office administration, stationery etc #
