Responsibilities will include: -
Car Fleet Administration
Ensure car tracker is kept up to date
Coordinate vehicle maintenance records
Coordinate new car bookings for employees and return of vehicles after lease expiry.
Work with our car fleet providers to ensure vehicles are kept in best roadworthy condition
HR Department –
Provide admin support to the HR department including assisting with the recruitment process, scheduling interviews, reference checking
Assisting the HR Director with issuing offer letter and contract documentation
Continuously learning the latest HR best practices to improve workplace efficiency.
Other tasks and responsibilities as required.
Additional Responsibilities –
Support the Senior Management Team with daily clerical tasks.
Plan, take detailed minutes, distribute agendas for meetings.
Assist in the preparation of regular reports for the Senior Management Team.
Order stationery and office supplies
Make travel arrangements, reservations, and lunch arrangements for the organisation.
Greet and provide general support to visitors.
Ad hoc duties.
