Job description
General office administration to include- Accounts payable, accounts receivable. Reconciling purchase orders, packing slips and purchase invoices, computer entry.
Processing customer invoices & emails. Answering telephones. Dealing with customers and suppliers in a friendly and efficient manner. Filing. Assist with yearly stock take and monthly stock checks..
Responsibilities

- VAT preparation.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Excellent IT skills including all Microsoft office systems.
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work with a team.
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience in an Administration role
Further Information
Work time: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-4pm
