Job Description We are looking for a hard-working and dedicated Administrator to join our team within Supply Chain at our Distribution Centre in Thatcham. You will be part of a team driving efficiencies throughout the entire logistics network. You will support the Supply Chain Planning team to create and maintain the intake forecast, ensuring the distribution centre has accurate insight of all inbound deliveries. About Us Our distribution team is a vital part of the Harrods success story, and you are one step closer to joining a world class team based in Thatcham. Our 340,000 square foot warehouse is at the heart of our international distribution service and a key cog in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. About You With a commitment to our high service standards and strong customer focus, you will be responsible for working alongside our external suppliers firstly, to ensure all deliveries have been booked following the correct procedure, ensuring we have received all required delivery information. You must be meticulous in your approach with a very keen eye for detail. As you will be using online systems in your day to day with the verifying process, you will need to be computer literate. Having background in using SAP systems would be advantageous. You should be able to work flexible hours and days and demonstrate the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the role. Numerical, literacy and communication skills are essential.
