Pertemps are delighted to be recruiting for a temporary Administrator to work with our public sector client in Edinburgh
Location - Edinburgh East
Rate of pay - £11.81 per hour
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00
Duration - 12 weeks with possible extension
Immediate start
This role will require an administrator to support the smooth running of a busy assistive technology department
Duties to include:
- Providing a reliable business support service through a variety of formats including telephone, face to face, email, and online.
- Handling sensitive and personal information in line with appropriate policies and confidentiality guidelines.
- Reception and switchboard duties
- Ordering & collections
- Maintaining of records
- Mail duties
- Data input
- Working within a team of business support staff dealing with customer's issues and service requests through provision of information, guidance, or progressing requests to wider services.
- Using appropriate systems to process service requests or updates for wider services.
- General admin duties
Successful applicants must:
- Have strong experience as an administrator
- Have knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Have excellent time keeping skills
- Be honest, trustworthy and punctual
- Have good problem solving skills
- Note taking experience is desirable
